Our high-energy classes are one hour long and guaranteed to work your entire body! Each workout includes dance conditioning, pilates movements, and yoga-inspired stretching — all of which will tone your body from head to toe. While the focus is fitness, our ultimate goal is to have each student leave the studio feeling brave, confident, and accomplished.
Students’ health and safety is at the heart of everything we do. While we amp up the intensity through low-impact conditioning and targeted muscle toning, our emphasis on isometric movements helps prevent injuries and overuse. By focusing on these “tiny movements,” students can easily stay within their “working zone” and accomplish their physical goals without risking injury.
